A structured, auditable path to certification.

Every candidate is evaluated through the same seven-step process — objective, documented and defensible.

Step 1

Document Verification

ID, prior training records and experience checked against the trade's requirements.

Step 2

Theory Examination

Written / MCQ test covering equipment, standards and safe work procedures.

Step 3

Practical Skill Assessment

On-equipment demonstration under controlled, witnessed conditions.

Step 4

Viva / Interview

Structured oral assessment on judgement, hazards and abnormal-condition response.

Step 5

Safety Awareness

PPE, permit-to-work, LOTO, emergency response and site-specific hazards.

Step 6

Competency Grading

Pass / Fail or Level 1–3 grading based on objective scoring rubric.

Step 7

Certificate & ID Card

Competency certificate and photo ID card issued — QR-verifiable on request.
